February 6, 2025 Pinnacle, one of the country’s top experiential design and production groups, today welcomed Account Director Jackie Jones, a brand marketing leader who brings over 13 years of experience in Experiential, Lifestyle, and Field Marketing across both agency and brand-side roles. With a distinguished track record of high-impact, culturally resonant activations and experiences, Jones is poised to infuse Pinnacle’s team with fresh perspective and strategic vision as she leverages innovative strategies to drive brand profitability and long-term success.

Jones joins Pinnacle amid a period of significant growth for the agency—including the recent acquisition of its sixth national location, expanded capabilities in media and entertainment, and an evolving team of industry experts.

Her client list has included some of the world’s most iconic brands—spanning household names like P&G, Diageo, Neutrogena, Adidas, Under Armour, Coca-Cola, and Johnson & Johnson. A strategist with her finger on the pulse of industry trends, Jones’s work integrates process optimization with audience-driven insight to curate experiences that shape conversation and forge lasting connections.

She’s been the brain behind the development and execution of high-profile, influential brand moments, including Neutrogena’s presence at Coachella, Coors Light’s title sponsorship of the inaugural HBCU Legacy Bowl, P&G’s My Black is Beautiful experience at Essence Fest, activations for the Diageo portfolio at SXSW, and Ketel One’s sponsorship of the ATP Champions Tour, featuring notable pros such as Andy Roddick, John McEnroe, and James Blake, among others.
