Edwards Lifesciences needed a partner who could manage exhibit programs for their three divisions with separate, dedicated teams. We answered the challenge and assigned three unique teams to each division to separately manage the complex programs. Each of the three Edwards business units attend a large number of events and operate separately in product development and marketing efforts, so a dedicated team approach allowed the Pinnacle teams to strategize with respective business units. By operating with dedicated Pinnacle teams, Edwards was also able to accurately budget and measure ROI for each division.
