Each year Xero hosts the world’s most beautiful and innovative conference for cloud accounting. For their sold out show in San Francisco, Xero selected an unconventional venue—Pier 27—to host their attendees, bringing us on board as lead creative consultants and event organizers. We transformed the 19,000 square foot shipping terminal into a captivating show floor. Each of the nearly 50 exhibitors selected one of four customized sponsorship packages (Start-up, Bronze, Silver and Gold), bringing a synergy to the space through consistency in design, attendee experience and flawless execution. Our unique approach and commitment to high-end design came to life in a transformative event experience at every touchpoint—creating the perfect venue for Xero’s attendees to connect with others in their industry like never before.
